Please open TickTick app and try to restore your Premium status:
If you upgrade via Play Store on an Android device or iTunes on an iOS device:
- Tap your Avatar in the sidebar.
- Tap “Upgrade to Premium”.
- Scroll down the screen and tap “Restore” at the bottom.
