In order to cancel your TickTick Premium subscription and stop it from auto-renewal. You need to follow the instructions specifically based on the payment platform you used.
PayPal & Google Play Store
Subscriptions made via PayPal or Google Play store can be cancelled via TickTick web or on its own platform.
- Click the personal profile at the top left and select Settings.
- Click on the Premium Account tab.
- Click the Cancel Subscription button and confirm your cancellation by clicking Yes, cancel.
- Please make sure that you see the unsubscription outcome window. Otherwise, please redo the process.
Besides you can also cancel your subscription in Google Play Store or PayPal.
Google Play Store subscriptions may or may not auto-renew depending on many factors. You may check your Google Play Store account > verify if the recurring TickTick subscription is enabled there. If there is, make sure to disable it in case you are charged again.

We can not cancel your App Store subscription due to Apple Restrictions. App Store subscriptions auto-renew by default, so it is suggested to manually cancel them. You can view your Apple ID in iTunes or the App Store and then select the “Subscriptions” option.
