You can request a refund
On Android
If you purchased TickTick premium subscription via Google Play, a refund is available within 14 days of payment. The refund cannot be issued if it is beyond 14 days.
First you need to cancel your subscription via Google Play Support. Then please submit a ticket with the payment receipt or transaction id in TickTick app. We will process the refund within 3 business days.
On Web / Windows
If you purchased TickTick premium subscription via PayPal or Stripe, a refund is available within 14 days of payment. The refund cannot be issued if it is beyond 14 days.
First, you need to find the subscription and cancel it via the instruction. Then please submit a ticket with the payment receipt or transaction in TickTick app. We will process the refund within 3 business days.
On iOS / macOS
If you purchased TickTick premium subscription via the App Store, please contact Apple support to request a refund directly. Due to Apple limits, developers are not allowed to process a refund for payments on the App Store.

Note: Make sure you've cancelled the subscription from the platform where you purchased TickTick premium to ensure you will not be charged again.
