Android
Since Android system security services and third-party security applications may affect the reminder function of TickTick, if you are an Android user, please first check according to the following steps:
1. Has TickTick been notified?
Please make sure that TickTick has been notified, otherwise TickTick will not be reminded normally.
2. Does the mobile phone system come with security services?
If so, please allow TickTick to start automatically and keep running in the background while on standby.
3. Do you install third-party security applications?
If so, please make sure to add TickTick to the auto-start whitelist and memory acceleration whitelist in each security software.
You can also click Settings > Sounds, Reminders and Notifications > Reminders not effective? in the app to view more solutions on this page.
iOS
Please make sure TickTick has the notification permission on your phone. The specific steps are: Click Settings > Notifications > TickTick in the mobile phone system to view the notification reminder status.
If you have any other specific questions or concerns, please send us feedback within TickTick apps. To send us feedback, for mobile apps, please go to Settings > Feedback & Suggestions; for desktop apps, please go to Avatar > Feedback.
