If you don’t want to use TickTick anymore and want to clear all your data, please log in to the web (http://ticktick.com), click the Avatar > Settings, and then click Personal Settings in the left sidebar > Delete account
If you have multiple TickTick accounts, and you want to keep one account and merge the data, please follow the instructions below:
- Backup data:Log in to the web with the account that you want to cancel (http://ticktick.com), click the Avatar > Settings > Backup > Generate Backup, and save the backup data in your computer;
- Import Back:Log in to the web with the account that you want to reserve, click the Avatar > Settings > Backup > Import Backup.
