If you have a Gmail account/Facebook/Twitter/Apple ID, you can sign in with one of them above. Otherwise, you will need to sign up for a free TickTick account with a valid email address.
When you need to sign out, click the Avatar at the top left corner > select Sign Out from the drop-down menu.
