You can sign in with your Gmail, Google+, Facebook, or Twitter account directly, or sign up for a new account with a valid email address.
Please be aware that your tasks cannot be synced if they are created without a sign-in.
If you'd like to sign out,

Tap your avatar at the top left corner of the left sidebar.

Tap the "..." button in the upper-right corner > select Sign Out.
