Ringtone:

Open TickTick on your Android device and go to Settings.

Tap Sounds & Notifications > Ringtone and select a reminder Ringtone.
Annoying Alert:
If Annoying Alert is enabled, alerts will keep going for one minute and will be re-active after two minutes. This cycle won't stop until the notification has been handled.
