Q: What kinds of personal information does TickTick collect?
At the time you register for TickTick, you voluntarily give us information such as your name and email address. You have access and can update this information under your personal Account Settings at any time.
Additionally, we collect information about your activity on our services. You give us your consent when using our services to use the following data:

- Device ID
- Name and surname (optional, unprocessed)
- Activity to add to-dos
- Your location information when you allow TickTick to access your location for location-based reminders

Q: Do you store any private information after my account has been deleted?
All your private information will be deleted from our systems after deleting your account. There will be a 0-7 day period for your encrypted data to be kept in our backup archives. After this period, all your data will be permanently deleted.

TickTick only holds the information absolutely necessary for using our services. The information TickTick collects, and how that information is used, depends on how you use our services and how you manage your privacy controls. While TickTick owns the TickTick application's code, databases, and all rights, you retain all rights to your data. Without your prior authorization, we will not have access to the content you create.
When absolutely necessary, TickTick uses third party services and hosting partners who are also GDPR-compliant, such as AWS, Stripe, and Google. In such instances, we take essential security methods to guarantee that we comply with GDPR when sending and receiving data from third parties.
