Didn't get a notification on Android phone?

Please try to check the issue with the following guide:

1. Go to TickTick Settings > Sounds & Notifications, make sure that reminders are ON.
2. Make sure Google Play Services is installed on your phone.
3. Check notification priority for TickTick in Android settings, it can be called Importance or Behavior depending on your device.
4. If your phone uses some battery saving software, make sure that TickTick is whitelisted in that application.
5. If you want to receive local calendar reminder, please follow this path to make sure this option is turned on: Settings > Sounds & Notifications > Reminders Not Working? > Know More > Turn on Use local calendar reminders.
