We do find some users are encountering this issue:-(
In most cases, we would be the ones who get blamed and accused of swindling money from our users. But to be honest, for us, this is definitely not a pleasant experience to see you being overcharged. Because that means we have to put more resources(time, human energy, collaboration) to figure out what is happening and explain it to you.
Overall, we charge each Premium plan once per month.
If a charge doesn’t look right, you may check its status on your statement.
Is the charge pending?
When you submit a payment, your bank puts the funds aside as ‘pending’. If the payment fails, the pending status will expire and the funds will be returned to you.
Your bank can provide more info about pending charges.
Is the charge for an authorization check?
If you sign up for a free trial or update your payment method, you may see a temporary charge to confirm the payment works (an ‘authorization’ charge). This will shortly expire, and the funds will be returned to you.
Your bank can provide more info about authorization charges.
If your situation goes out of the above two, please write to us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your registered email and transaction screenshot. We will look into it for you ASAP.
